In September 2019 I will be summiting Mount Kilimanjaro - Tallest mountain in Africa & tallest free-standing mountain in the world (to put it in other words, it's the size of 3,224 George's stood on top of each other) in aid for MIND mental health charity.

MIND is a mental health charity that is making incredible progress in helping people with mental health problems. Thanks to MIND millions of people have access to advice and support in their hour of need. 

*1 in 4 people will experience a mental illness at some point each year in the UK.

*Suicide is a leading cause of death in young men and women aged 20-34 in the UK.

Your money will help with online support communities to phone support lines and MIND information books in GP surgeries.
