<p>You were all so very generous in sponsoring me last year for the Co-operation Ireland Maracycle that I decided not to seek sponsorship for the 2011 event. Thank you all very much.</p> <p>However, since completing the event last weekend 25/26 June a lot of my friends and previous sponsors have asked me to update the "Just Giving" web page so that they can once again sponsor.</p> <p>Some details - after the event -</p> <p><strong>Day 1 Dublin to Belfast</strong>, 110 miles, with a tail wind 8 hrs 40mins @ an average speed of 14.9mph.</p> <p><strong>Day 2 Belfast to Dublin</strong>, 110 miles, with a strong head wind was hard, reduced speed to 12.5mph.</p> <p>Hard work but a very well organised event with lots of support and good camaraderie.</p> <p>Some photos attached</p> <p>Thanks for your support</p> <p>George</p>
