I am doing this to support MenCap. MenCap is a Charity which is to support those with learning difficulties of all ages, they fight for equal rights, campaigning for greater opportunities and challenging attitudes and prejudice.

I will be taking part in a company wide challenge which will be a 24 hours event called insomnia which will involve all of us competing in a gaming event, as a group of IT geeks running is out of the question, swimming - not a chance, what we will do is what we know, and that's a weekend of gaming with no sleep that you can all watch if you really want.
