My Dad had a car accident that caused him to be paralysed from the neck down in 2002, when I was just 5, he believes one day he will walk again.

Spinal research are a small UK charity and are the leading researchers in the world that have a dream that a spinal injury does not result in a life time of paralysis, however they are desperate for funding to carry on this lifechanging research.

I have never done much running, and I am challanging myself to complete this half marathon in less than 2 hours, any contribution is very much appreciated. Please spread the word and raise awareness for this amazing charity.
