This January, the RED community will be getting active every single day, to support their mental wellbeing. Whether it's running 5k, or walking to work a new way, a morning swim or just taking the bike for a spin - thousands of people around the UK will be kick-starting their 2019 in the most positive way. I am fundraising for RED January 2019, in partnership with leading mental health charity Mind, with all funds raised helping to continue the vital work of Mind to make sure no-one has to face a mental health problem alone.
