I am running in the Back 2 the Trenches - The Big Push military style obstacle course on 21 June 2015 for Age international. I am running in the 6km distance, and for those who know me well will know that I'm not the most active of people, so please give generously!

Age International do great work both in the UK and abroad to make later life better for everyone. Age International were voted as Kennedys corporate charity for the next 18 months, and we want to raise as much money as possible for them in this time.
