This is my first marathon; I'm training hard, feeling a mixture of emotions, both scared and excited.  I have decided to run the marathon in aid of the North Devon Hospice to help raise the much needed funds required to provide palliative care to terminally ill patients locally in a family friendly environment.

I also run in memory of my lovely Mum who lost her battle against cancer seven years ago. I miss her everyday, and I know she would be proud.xx
