you all know i am prone to rash descions and this is surely one of them, spurred on my watching the london marathon! it may only be 13.1 miles (thirteen!) but it is very hilly and its in the north. besides this has to be the best cause ever, TB alert is such a sensible, proactive, focused charity, anyone working in TB will have used their information leaflets for patients, anyone working in the resource poor setting will know just how vital this level of fundamental, interactive support is to a project. i can't sing their praises high enough.

TB shouldn't be a problem anymore but because some people are poor, some people are greedy, some people are deserted, friendless, at the mercy of the elements and the more forceful and live apart from the societal mechanisms that would and should care for them TB kills 2 million people every year. We have an opportunity to help them - i only have to suffer some blisters and broken knees and you just have to click below!
