I have been training for a BIG cycle!

As a school we are Cycling from Coventry, England to Amsterdam, Holland... And BACK!!

This is going to be an amazing experience and I'm looking forward to continue building the relationships I've already started building here at Nexus, throughout the week, but its also going to be massive challenge! 65 students and staff will be cycling all the way from Coventry to Amsterdam and back again (approximately 771km) within 8 days!

 

This is raising money for Nexus as a school. Nexus Trust is a Christian Music School where I am currently studying on the Vocal course. This is an incredible family of people who are committed to growing and learning together, developing in their musical talents and skills as well as so much more!! It is somewhere that I would recommend to anyone who aspires to be a well rounded and skilled musician.

 

The money will being going towards soo many things including: keeping the yearly fees as low as possible. This is so important for me, as I am planning to stay for a second year! As well as all the future students who will be impacted from this incredible community and music training, I've had an amazing year and I'd love for anyone who wants to, to be able to experience a year like mine has been. Nexus never want money to be the reason why people can't come.

 

Nexus are currently in the process of looking to build a similar school in South Africa, it is only in the early stages, but this event will be helping to raise money for that! There so many more things the money will be helping towards such as setting up a new media course and expanding this school as we are definitely growing it out of it!!
