Instead of birthday pressies for these lovely two ladies who have (nearly!) everything, please can you give a donation to to The Willow Foundation.

Georgie came across this great charity last year. They are dedicated to improving the life of seriously ill young adults by organising a 'special day' of their choice - usually a trip or a break with their family. They arranged a great weekend trip to London for Georgie, Stewart and the girls to give them time out to have fun and think of other things.
