Story
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">It is a fine line between bravery and stupidity and I feel I am now firmly in the stupidity camp! I am taking part in the Welsh Ironman on 11<sup>th</sup> September 2011. </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">For those of you who have no idea what this is it involves swimming 2.3 miles, cycling 112 miles and just for s%*ts and giggles, running 26.3 miles!! I’ll be on the go (hopefully) for a total of about 15 hours!</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">I am competing to raise money for the National Eye Research Centre. They do a huge amount of work and fund research into diseases and disabilities of the eye and the prevention of blindness. The Centre is based in Bristol where much of the research is done.</span></span></p>
