Well, it's been a few years since my last fun-run and the frequent partaking of a Ginsters chicken &amp; mushroom slice from the local Texaco has left its mark in the interim. However, it's time once again to dust off the trainers and pretend that I am still athletic.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm running the Great Manchester 10k Run on May 20th, and I would be thrilled if you would sponsor me.
