Completed the walk from Leon to Santiago on the Camino took 14 days of walking to get to Santiago . Two small blisters one terrible pain in right thigh but with anti inflammatory gel and rest I was able to finish the walk.

I'm mentally and physically fit, it will not be long now and I will be starting my walk. I have good support off family and friends .and I'm looking forward to it.

On diet to lose wight for my 200 mile walk on the Camino Francès , Camino de Santiago, and breaking in new boots.and doing a lot of walking to get some training in .

The Prison Phoenix Trust

The Prison Phoenix Trust brings hope and healing to prisoners with the disciplines of yoga and meditation, based on silence and the breath. The Trust trains and supports qualified yoga teachers for work in prisons - in substance misuse, anger management and education programmes. Prisoners are invited to practise daily in their cells and supported by 150 weekly classes in 87 prisons in the UK and Ireland. The PPT encourages them with correspondence, free resource books, CDs, and quarterly newsletters, and also works with prison staff and officers in 20 weekly classes.
