Thank you for taking the time to look and for the donations you are about to make to my "Not So Strictly Dance Off" on the 15 Jan 2010 at the Aston House Country Hotel.
I will keep you all updated as we practice our routines every monday night. I'm so used to taking other people out of there comfort zones when teaching sport but thought it was time for me to step out of mine, hence being up for the challenge of having to learn a Quick step and Jive over the next 10 weeks to perform it in front of a large crowd of friends, family and complete strangers..! No laughing please.
I think it was the tight bottoms, cumber bands and sparkly lycra tops you get to wear that swung it for me..!
The more you can donate to me, the more we can help some of these kids. So thanks again to all you guys for your kind donations and I look forward to you coming to the ball in January to watch me try to perform... Worried already just thinking about it..!
More than 4000 children under 16 years old are forced to flee an abusive home, incidents of bullying, broken family relationships etc in OUR area. We want to make sure these children have somewhere to turn for advice, support and practical help...we are dancing our hearts out at the Sheffield City Hall Ballroom on 15th January 2010 to raise money so that SAFE@LAST can continue to run its vital services and to keep more children safe.
