Refugee Support receives no government funding. And relies solely on public donations, much of it raised by its volunteers.

 In Cyprus, where we have been operating since 2019 we serve around 1,500 refugee/asylum seekers, providing essential food and hygiene items in our Dignity shop, at a monthly cost of around €20,000. In addition to these essential services we also help individuals to get in contact with relevant agencies, help with preparing CV's and job prep, as well as providing a safe space where they can come, meet others, use the WiFi, have a tea/coffee/chat. In addition to keeping hunger at bay this shopping experience provides a sense of normality in an otherwise chaotic existence. But *how* we do things is just as important as *what* we do. We do it in a way that puts dignity and normality first. Anything you can give is greatly appreciated and you can be assured that every euro donated goes directly to helping refugees.
