Santa’s on the Run - Festive fun for a good Claus!

For: Little Havens Children's Hospice - Sunday 6th December 2009

Thomas (aged 6) is running a 3k route around the wooded wonderland of Little Havens dressed
in Santa Outfit, joined by the rest of his team!

 In the past couple of months Thomas has independently raised over £150 for
Little Havens. He started with a table selling his own toys; he followed this with
a sponsored run around Chalkwell Park. Thomas was so heartened that he
has now set his target to raising £1000 for Little Havens. His next 'venture'
is his 3k run dressed as Santa. Any contribution - no matter how small
would be greatly appreciated!

Little Havens Children's Hospice provides respite breaks, symptom control and end-of-life care for youngsters living with serious conditions and who are not expected to reach adulthood. It aims to make their journey - and that of the family - as comfortable as possible, creating special memories along the way. The love and care provided by the Care Team in the homely surroundings at Little Havens is as special and unique as the child. This could not continue without kind donations as it costs £2.3 million each year to keep the hospice open.
