<p>3.59....not my fastest but a nice run on a nice day. Nine consecutive London Marathons done, one to go....</p>
<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and supporting vulnerable older people through Age UK. Running (even 9 times!) is easy ..the real heroes are the cares who give their time every day to old people who need help and company.</p>
