Last year Jennifer and I cycled through China and raised about £15000 between us. This year it is the Grand Canyon and I'm on my own. During the May half-term I shall be cycling from the North Rim to just outside Las Vegas, stopping off in Zion National Park for a trek along Weeping Rock Trail. So it is back to the exercise regime and back to twisting arms to sponsor me. I am paying all the costs of the trip myself so all the money you give will go straight to Mencap.
