<p>Here we go again!&nbsp; It's that time of year when I go on a (very) long run around London, and ask friends, family and colleagues to donate to my chosen&nbsp;charity, 1st Hurst Green Scouts.&nbsp; This is a small group that does a lot for local children and youths.&nbsp; I've run for them before to help them rebuild their&nbsp;hall after the last was destroyed, and they are very nearly there.&nbsp; Just a few thousand more and they'll be in!&nbsp;</p> <p>If you can support this I'd be very grateful.&nbsp; Please guess my time and you'll get a bottle of bubbly if you're closest.&nbsp; (time last year was 3.51 btw) &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
