What are we doing?

On Saturday 8 August 2015, we - Katherine, Anthony and Gillian - will be taking part in The London Triathlon relay to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. Your donations power their life-saving research into inherited heart conditions and coronary heart disease.

We'll also be trying to #BeatTheBoss

As well as raising money for a great cause, we will be trying to beat our CEO at TSB Bank, Paul Pester.  He has very generously given every TSB competitor £50 for a charity of our choice, and then another £50 if we beat his time.  He is therefore on the hook for potentially around £20,000!

And it's not just The London Triathlon we're taking part in

We have been busy training for the London Triathlon, and we have also taken part in several other official organised sporting events specifically to prepare us for the big day, including:

• 19 April 2015 - On Your Bike (45 miles)
• 26 April 2015 - BHF Dorset Bike RIde (50 miles)
• 17 May 2015 - Medway Sportive (50 miles)
• 17 June 2015 - BHF Canary Wharf Jog (10km)
• 28 June 2015 - Sanofi Surrey Classic Bike Ride (55 miles)
• 19 July 2015 - Essex Sportive (68 miles)
• 30 July 2015 - The Great Property Bike Ride (64 miles)
