My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. Our Challenge is to swim individually non stop for up to the Ironman distance of 200 lengths. We're aiming for £5000 from the cummulative 5k effort. It's a mammouth task for anyone taking it on. At least an hour for an Olympian standard swimmer considerably more for all our school based swimmers. We appreciate all the help and support of friends and family in letting us do it.

The Get A-Head Charitable Trust is dedicated to fighting head and neck cancer and other diseases by raising awareness, education, medical research, the purchase of vital medical equipment that the NHS cannot afford and the provision of free Complementary therapies such as Acupuncture, Reflexology, Reike and Chinese Massage.
