<p>Last November 3 kids launched a campaign at Frantoio's,( the best Italian in Chelsea...!!!) to raise awareness and funding into Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a terrible neuromuscular condition. These kids were in wheelchairs and it broke my heart, they challenged others to do something and I decided to not only donate money but to accept their challenge and now here I am on the verge of cycling through Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary,&nbsp;1,600 km for 10 days&nbsp;along the Danube in September 2011. Crazy, perhaps but these kids need all of our help to find a cure.
