I am completing a Ladies Sprint Triathlon on 30th May 2010 in Rugby - Swim 16 lengths, Cycle 12 miles then run 3.1 mles.  I am donating this to St. Kentigens Hospice which is a local hospice in my area.

Last year I lost 3 family members (2 -1st cousins and my aunt - their mother) to cancer and even their sister developed cancer in the same year and has spent time at this hospice.
