Hi guys thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The plans are in place the swimming costume and waterproof mascara are bought, the bike has arrived (just searching for a pink helmet and gel pants!!), diet and alcohol consumption has been reduced, the trainers have been pulled out of retirement!, and the training is well on its way. 

 

Now the most important part raising the money for the Foundation.    Please take a few minutes to think about how fortunate we are and how we can help, I will do the hard bit, sorry fUN bit! if you will do the easy bit by donating whatever you think to see your Business Risk Manager swim, cycle and run up and down hills, through wind and rain.
