Individually i raised just over &pound;7000 and as a group approximately &pound;35.000. This was with out doubt a once in a lifetime experience, not only that and a wonderful sense of acheivement but the start of strong friendships that have continued since. Some of us have continued walking, we climbed Snowdon in September last year and Pen-y-Fan is an old favourite now</p> <p>Four of us have found our next challenge which is to climb the Welsh Three Peaks in 24 hours,Snowdon, Cader Idris and Pen-y-Fan this time raising money for Cancer Research Wales/Velindre Hospital Cardiff.Nearly everyone at some stage in their lives will experience knowing someone with cancer, be it family or friends so please give generously to this very worthy charity here in Wales and help make a difference to someone, who knows one day it could be YOU!</p> <p>!Any donation is very much appreciated.
