Cancer research is very close to my heart.

I lost my Mum to cancer when I was 19. She was just 48 years old, never got to do all the things a daughter should get to do with her Mum.

Two years ago my friend lost her fight against breast cancer. Just 51 years old.  She was one of the most giving people I have ever had the pleasure to know.  

I appreciate you taking the time to read this. 

So my last madness is to run 12 miles in the freezing temperatures of Stoke, through weather, mud, hills etc...
