Over 100,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

With little less than 4 weeks to go before we set off, we are cranking up the training this weekend by doing some Munro hikes in and around the picturesque Loch Tay area in Perthshire.  Again, thank you for all the support so far.  We are delighted to be so close to reaching our target!  Thank you!  Rach ,Paula & Olwen X

Rachael, Olwen & Paula are walking the West Highland Way in September in aid of MS Scotland. We'll be walking from Milngavie, Glasgow to Fort William over 5 days. We'll be battling with Midges, blisters and the Scottish weather whilst taking in some of Scotland’s most beautiful scenery all to raise money for a good cause. We're asking you to donate and support us in our walk.

MS is a neurological condition which affects 10,500 people in Scotland with women 2-3 times more likely to develop it than men. The exact cause is unknown and  it can have debilitating effects. MS Scotland is part of the MS society and is Scotland's largest charity for people affected by MS. They depend on charitable fundraising and support from the public to fund their work. Their mission is to 'To enable everyone affected by MS to live life to their full potential and secure the care and support they need, until we ultimately find a cure.'
