I've never ridden a bike for this kind of distance in my life. This year I'm doing it as the Heavy Metal Truants sponsored mile 160 cycle ride and supporting the Teenage Cancer Trust , Nordoff Robbins and the NSPCC I have close friends with children that are teenagers and have cancer and of course many friends that have died from the damn thing!

It's true that it can strike pretty much anybody at some time in their life so I feel my time to help and represent this is now. While I'm still young ;-)

If you have ever met me, have had a laugh , spent some time , had a drink with me , if you've played on a show or in a band with me , if you've ever had a guitar lesson with me PLEASE , PLEASE, support my cause and help me reach my £1500 goal. I'll do the suffering OK :-)
