Thanks for visiting our Glasgow to Badenoch cycle challenge team fundraising page.
12th -14th July 2013
Members of Kingussie and Newtonmore Shinty clubs are teaming up to cycle from Glasgow to Badenoch the long way round via The West Highland Way, The Great Glen Way and The Corrieyairack Pass a total of 160 miles in three days to raise money for Public Access Defibrillators in Badenoch communities. Norman Macarthur, Colin Stewart, John Gibson, Scott Shiells, Kevin Thain and Russell Jones will set off from Glasgow on the 12th of July and arrive in Badenoch on the 14th of July – hopefully!
Lucky2BHere provide defibrillators to remote communities who may have to wait 30/40 minutes for Emergency Services to attend an incident. This could mean the difference between life and death.
Badenoch's Lucky2BHere campaigns aim is to raise funds to enable us to provide defibrillators for each community in the Badenoch area. (Dalwhinnie, Laggan, Newtonmore, Kingussie, Kincraig).
