Rob Jones (aka 'Silent Rob') and I are taking part in the Chernobyl Childrens Project (UK) Buxton, Longnor and District 7th Hills and Dales Sponsored Walk on Saturday 5th September 2009.

We will be covering 22 miles in 10 hours (ideally, otherwise we will be walking home...)

I would be grateful if you would sponsor me a small sum per mile (rather than for completing the entire 22 miles, as neither of us are in the physicial state we intended to be at this stage in our training)...and what out for the Welsh 3000s in 24hours (or perhaps 2days....) we will be attempting at the end of September.
