I've signed up again to take part in an organized run from EMA Airport to Nottingham city center on the 9/3/19 - TWO WEEKS AWAY!!!!

Cancer is a horrific disease that affects all walks of life. There are some amazing people that fight every day and the people that support those are just as important. If putting my running shoes on can make an iota of a difference then I'm up for the challenge.

I've trained daily*, ate more veg and protein than ever before**, I'm SO ready to run***. Looking forward to the big day and I'm really excited****!

Please, donate what you can to support me and the charity. If for no other reason than getting to see me look like a fat tomato at the end of the day. Last year I cried at the end*****, if that helps tickle your sense of humor.
