Glen All Stars team is raising money for Cardiac Risk in the Young
In memory of Glen Ralston
Donations cannot currently be made to this page
Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by young sudden cardiac death (YSCD). We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.

Story

In March 2003 Glen Ralston, died suddenly and unexpectedly of Cardiac Arrhythmia at the age of 34.  Glen’s All Stars was formed soon after his death by a group of Glen’s friends, colleagues and family. In May 2004 we ran ‘20km van Brussel’ in memory of Glen and raised over €18,000 for the Brugada Foundation through sponsorship.  Dr. Brugada used the money for genetic screening of young children for inherited cardiac arrhythmia disorders.

On June 9th 2013 Glen’s All Stars will commemorate 10 years since Glen’s death by running Maastricht’s Mooiste. This time we have decided to raise money for: Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).
