Global Promise launched in 2005, in response to the disastrous Tsunami in South Asia. We raised over £2m and provided relief by engaging businesses and the community. In 2006 Global promise raised a further 1/2 a million for the Asian Earthquake.

With the latest Haiti Earthquake shocking the world with figures of 1/2 million people estimated dead and millions more homeless, frantic rescue efforts are underway to free people trapped in the rubble after the massive 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit the Caribbean nation. With Asia still recovering from the Tsunami Global Promise is ready to deliver relief to the people of Haiti both now and in years to come.

Islamic Relief and Disasters Emergency Committee were key to our success in delivering relief to the people who needed it most as quickly as possible. We are working with them again to provide relief into Haiti with essential goods, services and money.
