The Golley Slater team are giving something back this November by jumping 10,000ft out of a plane in support for Welsh Cancer Charity, Tenovus. The team of three are jumping in order to raise a huge sum of cash that will go towards Tenovus' long term approach to supporting cancer sufferers. 

 

The money we raise will go towards funding a recently launched a mobile cancer support unit - the first of its kind in the world, which deliveres care for cancer sufferes in their own communities. As well as being put towards the development of cancer treatments and funding cancer care nurses.

 

As you can imagine with only seven weeks to go, and a huge fundraising target to meet, we are chomping at the bit to be strapped to the front of a 'professional parachute instructor'!! All three of us are up for a challenge, although none have ever jumped out of a plane before, we are all sure we will reach the ground and shout “Lets do it again!!”
