We are Team Malawi - a 5-strong team from the University of Dundee Chaplaincy Centre - who will be visiting Malawi in June 2014.   We're visiting Gowa - in the rural south-west of the country.    70% people in this Mtcheu district of Malawi survive on less than £1.23 per day.  The village there has a church, primary (850 roll) and secondary (350 roll) schools.   Only one in three children in Malawi get the chance to go to secondary school.    The clinic serves 7,500 people with 3 nurses - and a doctor visits every 6 weeks!
