Can't quite believe that Gordon completed the 10k, in 1h 32min 37secs.
The intention was to run as far as possible but given the lack of training, 20 fags a day habit, and liking of Indian food it did turn out to be a sponsored walk !!!!! Jose had an xray last week for a suspected broken toe, which turned out not to be, so it was a great effort on her part to complete the course in the same time.
Our Friends, Karen & Eddie Robertson and Amanda & John McCann completed in times ranging from 1h 14min to 1h 26min, so well done to them as well.
HSS Hire shops fork lift successfully got me out of bed this morning, so I made work, albeit in a bit of a state !!! I've got a full box of plasters on my blisters.
Now the serious part.................................
