Grace was diagnosed with Wilms tumour a form of kidney cancer in September 2008. Since then she has gone through a difficult year of treatment involving surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In September she had her end of treatment scan and we were told that she is now in remission. We are now starting to get life as back to normal as we can. Grace has been a total inspiration to us all she has rarely moaned and had a surprising amount of energy all the way through.

Grace has got involved with the charity that supports the hospital and has been involved with their campaign to raise money for a new c.t. scanner. We would like to raise as much money as we can as way of saying thank you for the wonderful treatment she has received at the Sheffield Childrens Hospital. 

On the 8th November Graces Dad along with up to 100 other men will be losing some hair( head shave, leg waxing and losing beards or moustache) Mark has chosen to have his head shaved. Along with this the event will include a raffle and kids activities on the day so if you can please come along and join us. If you can't then simply support us with a sponsor here on this site.
