I am taking part in the final day of the excellent 7 in Seven challenge organised by Tim Andrews and others, which will mean cycling from the Ricoh Arena in Coventry to Birmingham... despite the fact I haven’t been on a bike for about 20 years!

Help Harry Help others is such a terrific cause and I am embarrassed to say I am yet to have helped out as yet. Harry’s was such an inspiring story, and the city was truly fortunate to have him. This will provide another addition to his legacy, by encouraging people to get onto their bikes and (a) improve their health and (b) see more of this great region.

So give kindly. I am an unfit person who'll struggle to cycle 30 miles, so it would be nice, but more over Harry helped and inspired others despite all he faced, so contribute all you can to this cause.
