<p>Here we go again! That time of the year when people avoid me in the street, office corridor and Pub.. (no change there then!)</p> <p>STOP PRESS!!!! &pound;80 raised by the residents of my mum's Abbeyfield YAY!!! THANK YOU LADIES!!</p> <p>This year, I have a Banking theme to the charity ride, as I am now an&nbsp;employee of a&nbsp;great International Bank. But please don't let that stop you digging deep and throwing a few coppers the way of people less fortunate than us. My daughter Emily has Down's and those who know me will know very well how much joy she brings to everyone's lives.&nbsp;</p> <p>That said, she and many others like her need YOUR support so that they can contribute to society and lead fulfilling happy lives.</p> <p><strong>This is my 7th Year of doing the 60 mile ride and in that time my buddies and I have raised over&nbsp;</strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #1c1c1c;"><strong>&pound;12,800</strong> !
