The Freshnlo Great Scottish Run 2009 · 6 September 2009 ·

Every 9 days in Scotland a baby or child will die suddenly and unexpectedly - many of their families will never know why they died. As the only charity in Scotland dedicated to the issue of Sudden Unexpected Death in Infancy (SUDI), we provide support, education resources and fund research.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the Great Scottish 10K run on Sunday 6th September 2009 in Glasgow to raise money for the Scottish Cot Death Trust.  I am supporting this charity because my son, Neil, died of Cot Death in December 1985.  One of the worst things that can happen to a parent is to outlive one of their children and the Scottish Cot Death Trust constantly researches into the reasons why babies die as well as offering support to parents and siblings.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Many thanks,

Graeme
