I have been talked into taking part in the 2009 London Santa 5K challenge taking place in Greenwich Park on Sunday 6 December.....I will even have to run in Santa costume!

The charity I am supporting is Contact a Family (www.cafamily.org.uk), this is their 30th year anniversary, (I had never heard of them before either!).   This charity provides support, advice and information for families with disabled children, no matter what their condition or disability.

I know there are hundreds of Charities trying to raise money and you may already have your own charity which you support, or at this time of year have been sponsored out by sponsoring people throughout the year, however, if you would be able to even sponsor me £1 it would be greatly appreciated and make a difference to Contact a Family.
