My buddy Tom Taylor and I are running the Great North Run on Sunday 20th September to raise money for AYME.  Tom's sister has been suffering with severe ME (Myalgic Encephalopathy - for more info see www.ayme.org.uk) and other related illnesses rendering her bed bound for the past 3 years.

AYME have been incredibly supportive to Jessica throughout her illness so we felt it was about time to support them in their magnificent work.
