As a personal thank you to Macmillan we are taking part in this Challenge after receiving their help and support myself. If you or your loved ones have ever needed their help you will know how amazing these special people are.

This hiking marathon sees Graeme and Karen cover 26 miles along the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hadrian's Wall as a way of saying thank you to the Macmillan nurses in particular at Worcester Royal Hospital and Cheltenham General - an amazing team.

The walk starts from the Brocolitia Roman Fort picking up the Hadrian’s Wall National Trail through the remote and stunning landscape of the Northumberland Country Park. Along the way we pass the remains of ancient forts and settlements built nearly 2000 years ago, finishing 26 miles later at Lanercost Priory after a long, challenging day.
