<p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span><span>My aim is to cycle</span> from Lands End to John O&rsquo;Groats to &lsquo;celebrate&rsquo; my 60th year and it would seem a good opportunity to raise funds for the Bendrigg Trust.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Since my retirement I have worked as a volunteer member of the maintenance team and I never cease to be impressed by the benefit that large numbers of disabled and disadvantaged young people enjoy during their stay at Bendrigg Lodge. It is a life enhancing experience for these young people and it is a privilege for me to work there as a volunteer. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Much of the provision is funded by charitable donations.
