It is that time of year again when I make the annual 52 mile cycle pilgrimage from London to Brighton in aid of the British Heart Foundation.  This will be my 10th ride in 11 years!

I am delighted to be riding with the Lend Lease Team again. This year we are a Team of 60 and will join the other 26,940 people that take part in the ride. 

So again I would be grateful if you would sponsor me and as always with this event it is my intention to collect a lot of small donations that really add up to lot! Let me be your route for donating your spare coins and notes to the BHF.
