A few months ago Gordon, myself and Stuart Tacchi planned to do the Kielder Marathon. Unfortunately, Stuart told us shortly after that he had contracted cancer. Before setting up this page we asked the big man if there was a charity he wanted us to raise money for and he immediately said MacMillan.

The great news is that after an operation and 9 weeks of intensive chemotherapy and several more weeks of having the mickey taken out of him - (replacement parts of varying shapes and sizes were touted), Stuart has beaten cancer!

Macmillan provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care so please if you can, donate a couple of pounds to help motivate Gordon and I around the marathon course.
