I'm going to be running the BUPA Manchester 10K with our Jen on the 16th of May with both of us raising money for http://www.childflight.co.uk/ which is a charity based in the North West of England which specialises in providing flights and holidays for sick and deserving children of all ages

Training started last Sunday (the 17th of January) and is well under way. hopefully gonna push our Jen up to 3 miles in the morning. We will be training every day up to the big day & I'll keep everyone updated on our progress with our day by day training log.
