PROSTATE CANCER UK are the Football League's chosen charity for this season. I'm joining Men United to help more men survive prostate cancer by raising money to find more reliable tests and treatments for the future.

On Friday, 6th June I'll be representing Peterborough United FC as over 160 riders leave from Leyton Orient's Matchroom Stadium on a 150 mile cycle ride, finishing at AFC Ajax's Arena in Amsterdam the following day.

Day 1 will see us covering 90 miles from London, through the Essex countryside, via Colchester and on to Harwich. An overnight ferry will take us to the Hook of Holland.

Day 2 takes us the remaining 60 miles from the Hook of Holland, following cycle paths along the coast, to the finish line in Amsterdam.
