Hi all, as you are here you must know that I am running the Great South Run this year (yeah that's right I'm running lol).  It's ten miles thats 10 miles.  I've chosen to run for the Air Ambulance who provide a great service across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight because a good friend of mine required their services last year.
