I am cycling Stage 1 of this years Tour de France on 4th July along with a team of riders from across the UK and Ireland. 

This year's Tour starts in the UK and the 190 km stage we will be completing is from Leeds to Harrogate through the Yorkshire Dales so it.

The Irish Heart Foundation is a charity I have raised several thousand euro for in the past few years and so hopefully your donation will assist them to continue the great work which do in relation to creating awareness around Ireland's no. 1 killer...Heart Disease.
